[ANN] Uucd, Uucp, Uunf and Uuseg for Unicode 12.0.0

Hello,

Unicode 12.0.0 was released on the 5th of march.

It adds 553 characters to the standard including additional Tamil fractions for your dividing pleasure. See here for details about all the additions.

Accordingly the libraries mentioned at the end of this message had to be updated, consult the individual release notes for details. Both Uucd and Uucp are incompatible releases sinces new script and block enumerants had to be added.

Wonderful, thanks for the release! I’m excited to upgrade, esp for the accessibility emoji. When will it be on opam - I just checked and it showed v11?

@pbiggar watch the opam-repository for merges.

They have just been merged, should be available soon running opam update.
