Ongoing disruption to Cambridge-hosted opam services

There’s an ongoing border router disruption ongoing at the University of Cambridge, which has taken down many of the CI services we host for OCaml.org including the opam repository CI. As of 3pm UK time on Sunday our sysadmins report the status as:

We observe that the University is now completely offline. This situation is beyond our control and we await UIS to repair the fault.

For the very keen, you can track the status yourselves, and for the rest of you: enjoy your Sunday afternoons! @mtelvers and I will bring things back online as soon as the network returns.
