v2.ocaml.org refuses to connect at the moment … (caml.org works)
Thanks for the report. We’re tracking this at v2.ocaml.org is down · Issue #50 · ocaml/infrastructure · GitHub. We’re looking into it and I’ll post an update here when the server is back up and running.

OK, now that I know the tracker …

The server is back up and running. The issue was caused by the host being rebooted and the docker container serving v2.ocaml.org not restarting after the boot. We’ll investigate how that happened.
