OCaml 4.06.0 Release Candidate 1 was announced yesterday. One of the headline features for the Windows ports is that we finally support non-ASCII Unicode filenames properly. I’ve put a blog post together with details on how to build OCaml from sources on Windows (these have changed slightly) and also demonstrating the improvements.
