Opam autoremove

Hi

suppose I installed package X with opam, and for this opam had to install packages A,B,C.
Now I remove X. Can I make opam remove A,B,C automatically, if they are not used by anything else?

opam remove --help suggests opam remove --auto-remove or opam remove -a.
