Linking ocaml.org to ressource sites

I think it would be interesting to have some links from ocaml.org to other important OCaml ressources sites.

I think of GitHub - ocaml-community/awesome-ocaml: A curated collection of awesome OCaml tools, frameworks, libraries and articles. and http://ocamlverse.net/

I don’t know of the best place is among the learn section.

Agree. I think this is a great idea for the Community section to highlight these community initiatives and Resources.
