[ANN] Spin 0.7.0

Hi,

I’m happy to announce a new version of Spin (0.7.0).

This release comes with a new official template spa, to generate Single Page Applications with Js_of_ocaml.

It also removes the dependency on Reason, so Spin is now compatibility with OCaml 4.11.
