# Status of opam 2.2 with Windows support

Hi,

can anybody elaborate on the state of opam 2.2, especially with respect on the “native” Windows support? On [ocaml.org](https://ocaml.org/docs/ocaml-on-windows#opam220), there is a reference to this [project page](https://github.com/ocaml/opam/projects/2), but it is hard to judge on the actual progress from an outside view.  
I am definitely interested in improved Windows support and might be able to provide some testing, when there is an alpha or beta version available.
