Parany: generalized map reduce for parallel / mluti-core computers.

```ocaml
val run:
  ?preserve:bool ->
  ?csize:int ->
  int ->
  demux:(unit -> 'a) ->
  work:('a -> 'b) ->
  mux:('b -> unit) -> unit

```

Version v13.0.0 of Parany is made for OCaml \>= 5.0.0.
