Like the [last time](https://discuss.ocaml.org/t/why-do-we-need-print-statments-to-write-correct-cps-continuation-passing-style-code/4437/16) that Chet mentioned Baker, he probably referred to _“ CONS should not CONS its arguments, part II: Cheney on the M.T.A.”_ / _“CONS should not CONS its arguments, or, a lazy alloc is a smart alloc”_.

Like the last time that I mentioned Baker, I referred to _“Linear Logic and Permutation Stacks–The Forth Shall Be First”_ / _“‘Use-Once’ Variables and Linear Objects–Storage Management, Reflection and Multi-Threading”_

Baker’s website appears to be down but there is an archive [here](https://plover.com/~mjd/misc/hbaker-archive/ohome.html) if you want to read them in HTML form.
