Thanks for the feedback. I updated the article to include Owi and OSemgrep.

Apparently, [Flow moved to Rust](https://x.com/flowtype/status/2069836762403459342) very recently. I didn’t find the specific reasons for it but this follows the [port of Pyre from OCaml to Rust (Pyrefly)](https://discuss.ocaml.org/t/pyre-ported-from-ocaml-to-rust-pyrefly/17922/5) earlier this year.
